Hello World

I consider myself an inquisitive person. I like to discover new sides or hidden meanings in everything. I am sure that curiosity is the key for understand and learn everything in the world. I love the idea of giving love and receiving back, because that is the most powerful connections we can create as humans' beings. I enjoy life and the experiences that offer.

I have a wide variety of interests. I enjoy movies, anime, novels, manga, manhwas, and TV shows. I am open to many different genres, but the one that intrigues me the most - and I think it has been truly little researched - is cosmic horror (Lovecraft). I am excited by the insignificance and vulnerability of humans and the Earth compared to the size of the planets, the universe - and everything it hides - and the fact that if some giant extraterrestrial creatures were to attack us, it would be our end. I also really like sci-fi, and everything related to space, aliens, time, atoms, the unknown, human symbolism, and the emergence of life. I like to think in existential ways and science.

 

I appreciate places where I can share my thoughts, and I hope this blog is one of those places. With this blog, I would like to document all my experiences in Media Studies. I would also like to create and generate meaningful emotions in people through my creations. It would be amazing if I could look back at this blog at the end of the year to see my growth in Media Studies and filmmaking. I am so excited to get started and see how everything related to the class slowly begins to make more sense.
